Dear Rock Ridge Homes

On Monday, February 8th,2010, Souleio Food and Stantec Architecture Ltd. Will be presented with a 2009-2010 Heritage Award (Restoration-Interior) for the restoration of Souleio Foods. It is my pleasure to inform you that Rock Ridge Homes will also be recognized as project partner at this presentation (Rough Carpentry), and awarded a certificate by His Worship Mayor Donald Atchison. We would very much love to have you attend the presentation and accept this award in person.

Our independent panel of judges agreed that this restoration project has achieved the criterion by creating an inviting space that honored the building's heritage. The judges were particularly impressed with the projects ability to maintain a heritage feel while also incorporating a cosmopolitan flair no easy feat. It was noted that great use of the space has been made, and also that the platform lift was an excellent solution for a formidable problem.

The Heritage Awards will be presented in City Council Chambers (City Hall) on February 8th, 2010 at 7:00pm. Your award will be presented during Council, after which time you'll be invited to partake in a 7:30pm reception, also at City Hall, in honor of this years Heritage Award recipients.

You are invited to bring a guest, as well as other contributors to this project. We will contact you the week prior to Feb 8th in order to confirm your attendance as well as obtain a list of your guests.
